For new clients, a P Card or  credit  card number is required in order to confirm and process your order. A copy of the invoice along with the P Card receipt will be mailed out for your records after the event has taken place.

We require a 48 hour minimum notice before any changes are made to the number of guests or food choices. After such date, your guest count might be increased, but if decreased you shall be billed for the guaranteed amount.
