Environmental Policies

- 99% of all invoicing and correspondence are done electronically, lowering paper waste

- In our Food Shop, we utilize a Chalk board to present menu items and other current information rather than using paper menus

- Products sold in our store include local apple cider, organic olive oils, organic breads and fair trade organic coffee

- All cooking oil used at Acqua is collected by Green Planet and used as a form of Bio Fuel

- China and Glassware used by a large number of clients

- Disposables that are used are biodegradable paper and we use a unique cutlery made from potatoes, no styrofoam

- Our dishwashers use detergents and sanitizers that are Biodegradable and Phosphate free

- Laundry is done on the premises using Phosphate Free Detergent

- We contribute to the limiting of long distant transport by buying all of our Produce from the Ontario Farmers Market, buying local and organic when possible
